X-Scan
Imaging Corp. manufactures a family of single-chip CMOS silicon photo-diode
buttable array detectors with on-chip, fully integrated signal processing
circuits designed for visible wavelength and X-ray imaging applications.
Four standard models with a variety of pixel pitch and resolutions are
currently available. These buttable,
photo-diode array detector chips are used in virtually all X-ray
sensitive Line-Scan camera products. |
X-Scan Imaging Line-Scan camera
products incorporate the company's proprietary x-ray sensitive CMOS
silicon imaging detector array chips providing wide dynamic range and
solid-state reliability. The chips can be butted together and mounted
on a PC board to form a variety of active detector lengths and configurations.
Our current lineup includes the following camera models designed for
a variety of inspection and imaging applications. |
